Bentley Community (UKI) Pool Membership Further Information

Pool Membership is designed to benefit companies and groups of users.

With Pool membership, it is possible to buy a set number of memberships that can be allocated to any one of five named individuals, per pool membership, providing greater value for money.

Each individual must be named and supply a valid email address.

Any one of the five pool members can then represent your organisation at BE Events, SIG Events of User Events.

The only limitation is that the maximum number of delegates that attend a single event cannot exceed the number of Pool memberships (therefore, if there were 20 nominated staff, covered by 4 pool memberships then only 4 individuals could attend).

Pool Membership is still individual. If a nominated member leaves the company who owns the Pool membership they can retain their Bentley Community member status and are free to continue to attend events, until the end of that membership year.

To increase the number of concurrent delegates for any event, it is a simple matter of buying additional Pool memberships.
