BE Europe 2007 opens in London UK

Sunday 10 June 2007, 9.30pm. A heron waits stock still in the calm of the Paddington Canal basin. In the background stands the grey behemoth of the London Hilton Metropole where BE Europe’s welcome party continued in full swing. The crowd was together after a day spent dispersed and hidden away all over the hotel. The mood was upbeat. It was good to meet again with familiar faces from around the world.

The conference kicked off the Friday before with a well attended 2 day Generative Components workshop, followed by the all day research seminar earlier on Sunday. Also on Sunday afternoon was the First MicroStation Champions session, attended by a small but enthusiastic audience. They now have a lot of information about how to install MicroStation easily and then get the best out of it. Also a couple of sneaky key-ins from Jeanne Aarhus that could really confuse your colleagues! Don’t miss the return of the Champions on Thursday at 1pm.
