From BE 2004 - Show full path to Design File in Title Bar

Is it irritating that the full path for your design file does not show in the title bar of MicroStation?
To show the full path:-
Workspace/Configuration
Operation
Full Path in Title Bar (last item)
Change value to ‘1’
Full path shows on next file load.
